Dr.Prepare battery is aimed at providing every customer with primary energy whether indoors or outdoors, enabling green travel. The 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery offers low-temperature protection, where it stops being charged when the temperature reaches 23°F~41°F, and stops discharging when the temperature reaches -13°F~5°F, making it ideal for harsh and rugged environments. It also has high-temperature protection.
The maximum charging voltage for this battery is 14.6V, and the maximum charging current is 50A. For optimal charging performance, we highly recommend adjusting the voltage to 14.2V-14.6V and using a 20A charger. The battery also has low-voltage cut-off protection, where it will shut off automatically when the discharge voltage is lower than 11.1V.
We recommend using a lithium battery-compatible AC to DC charger to charge the LiFePO4 batteries, as using a lead-acid battery charger may cause irreversible damage to the batteries. Customers can also charge these batteries using compatible solar charge controllers and solar panels.
Dr.Prepare LiFePO4 batteries are supported for series and parallel connections, allowing you to create a 12V/24V/36V/48V 100Ah lithium-ion battery bank or a 12V 100Ah/200Ah/300Ah/400Ah power system. You can even wire up to 16 batteries in series and parallel to build a powerful home battery bank system with a power of 20.48 kWh.
Compared to sealed lead-acid batteries, LiFePO4 batteries have a longer lifespan of about 10 years, with 3,000 cycles at 80% deep discharge, and provide 2 to 3 times more power output. They can power various electrical devices, such as RVs, off-grid systems, fish finders, solar power, electric wheelchairs, camping, home alarm systems, and scooters.
Please note that this is an energy storage battery, not a car battery, starting battery, or golf cart battery. We suggest using one battery with a 12V 36~55 lbs thrust trolling motor, and two batteries for a 24V trolling motor. Additionally, a 60A circuit breaker (not included) should be used to protect the battery, and each battery must be fully charged separately by a 12V lithium charger before being connected in series to ensure balance and proper voltage delivery.
